Robert Timothy Jensen
Gunnison, Utah
Robert Timothy "Bob" Jensen passed away on May 4, 2025, in Gunnison, Utah. He was born on October 7, 1956, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Vernon Jack Jensen and Phyllis Marjorie Rickerd.
Bob attended Emery High School and later served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Lansing Michigan Mission. He began his career working at the Deer Creek Coal Mine before transitioning to life on the road as a long-haul truck driver.
He was a father to his four children: Brent Jensen (Katrina), Lynette Bushman (Craig), Tammie Westerman (Roy), and Matthew Jensen. Bob also had twelve grandchildren.
He is remembered by his siblings: Janet Devereaux (the late Larry Devereaux), Thomas Glenn Jensen (Christine), and Gordon Wade Jensen (Shauna). He was preceded in death by his sister Debra Lynn Oviatt and her living husband Warren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
