Robert ("Bob") Harold Ketcham, Jr. (77), of Conroe, Tx, entered eternal rest on Friday, July 18, 2025, surrounded by his loving family, after a sudden, brief illness. Bob was born on September 28, 1947 in San Antonio, Texas, the son of the late Edith Ketcham and Robert Harold Ketcham, Sr. Bob's childhood was spent on US Airforce bases throughout the world including Germany and Japan. Bob graduated from Denison High School in 1967. Bob attended Sam Houston State University where he met the love of his life, Dianne Kolaja Ketcham, whom he married on January 5, 1974. Bob was previously employed by Toyota and later owned several small businesses. Bob served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. Bob was an avid gardener, nature lover, and a devoted husband, father, grandfather and dog parent.

Survivors include his wife, Dianne Kolaja Ketcham of Conroe, Texas; daughter Amber Ketcham and grandson Caden Ketcham of Conroe, Texas; son Nathan Ketcham and wife Megan Ketcham of Houston, Texas; sisters Edy Hudson and Jerry Hudson of Lawton, Oklahoma, Candus Dickson and husband Robert Dickson of Denison, Texas, Georgette Wiese and husband Brian Wiese of Sherman, Texas, Bonnie Manley of Garland, Texas; mother-in-law Victoria Kolaja of Houston, Texas; and numerous brothers and sisters-in -law, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Bob was preceded in death by both of parents Robert Harold Ketcham Sr. and Edith Ketcham, father-in-law Antone Kolaja, Sr., sister Penny Raines, and brothers-in-law Walter Raines and Richard Manley.
A remembrance ceremony will be held in Bob's honor on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at 1pm at The Village Green at 11315 Lakeside Place Houston, Texas 77077.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make donations to the charity of your choice.
