Robert Montgomery Kinney

Robert Montgomery Kinney unexpectedly passed on September 12th, 2023 at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital. His family announced his death.

Mr. Kinney was born on January 14, 1953 to parents John Kinney Sr. & Bernice Kinney. He attended Maggie L. Walker High School in Richmond, VA and mastered the skill trade of brick masonry. 
Robert was a dedicated Jehovah's Witness for 31 years, and was married for 29 years to his devoted wife, Valeathia Kinney. 

Left with everlasting memories, he is survived by his beloved wife, Valeathia Kinney, and his treasured daughter, Tatianna Kinney, along with his two dear siblings, Linda Taylor and Bernetta Thornton. 
He is also survived by two brothers-in-laws, Robert Taylor and Marvin Thornton; one sister-in-law, Donzella Kinney; three nieces, Keisha Taylor, Donetta Kinney, and Ashley Thornton; two nephews, Gregory and Marcus Taylor; along with a hosts of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and  friends.  He will be dearly missed. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and one sibling, John Kinney Jr. 

His remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Ave, Richmond, VA, where funeral services will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 2:00 PM.
