Vashon Richard William McClain

Vashon Richard William McClain was born August 16, 1973, to Allen “Pop” Stuckey and Jacqueline McClain. He attended Chesterfield County Public Schools. He excelled in high school football at Lloyd Bird. He was a lead maintenance tech for an apartment complex. He was a hard worker. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne McClain; seven children, Keshonda Arrington, Alexis Arrington, Chantel Walker, Jaden McClain, Jaheim McClain, Nickoy Brown and Kemoya Brown; seven grandchildren, MaKenzi Rajah; MaKaylah Russell, Ja’Vaeh McLaughlin- Walker, Rylie Tillery, Carter Tillery, Koa and MJ; mother, Jacqueline McClain; father, Allen Stuckey; one sister, Dashiki McClain; one aunt, Deloris Jeffries(Walter); one uncle, William McClain(Terri); two nephews, Davion McClain and Christopher White; one great nephew; one great niece; a host of cousins; other relatives and friends. 

Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where Mr. McClain can be viewed on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 10:00am to 8:00pm, and where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 1:00pm. Interment private. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 12:45pm on Wednesday.
