Monica and Bob were longtime friends from the YMCA. Such a great couple, full of fun and love for each other. They came to my home for opera night several times. I remember Bob sitting placidly and smiling thoroughly enjoying himself, while Monica was jumping out of her seat with excitement. Such a fun couple. I am grateful to have known them.

Chamber Music Detroit and our patrons will miss Bob immensely. He was a joy to be around and was never afraid to try new ideas or gadgets.
We send our deepest condolences to his family.

Him and his wife Monica were on the same trips of Portugal and Croatia! My best memories of all! Fun couple! Miss them both at St.Gerald's!!

I enjoyed many years of ushering with Bob at Detroit Symphony, Detroit Opera House and Chamber Music Detroit. His friendly personality was perfect for ushering. His interests were wide-ranging which made for good conversations. World travel was one interest we shared. Will treasure many good memories of Bob.

I ushered with Bob at 2 of his many venues where we discussed music & plants. My thoughts of him were always - he was a true " gentle-man "& I felt lucky to have worked & spent time with both lovely Monica & him

So sorry to hear about Bob. He was one of travel partners in Israel last year. He was truly devoted to his faith. May he rest in peace
