You were my boss but you were also my friend. You had the biggest heart, the corniest jokes, the heartiest laugh and kindest spirit. You were a great leader and mentor. I had the pleasure of working with you at two state facilities; the Maryland House of Correction and the Chesapeake Detention Facility. Only you could get me out of retirement to help you at CDF. You will truly be missed.
