Robert Lee Franklin, 80, of Demorest, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center - Habersham.
Born on December 6, 1944, Robert was a son of the late Robert Dewey and Katie Mae Nations Franklin. He was a loving husband, father, papa, brother, and friend whose presence enriched the lives of all who knew him.
For many years, Robert dedicated his career to being self-employed in the logging industry. His work ethic and commitment to his craft were admired by colleagues and clients alike.
