Robert Wayne "Bobby" Lush

Robert "Bobby" Wayne Lush passed away at his home Saturday, January 3rd, 2026. Born in Jacksonville, FL June 9th, 1966, he was the first son of Bernadine "Marty" And Rodney "Ronnie" Lush.
Bobby had a passion for cooking and enjoyed sharing his delicious creations with friends and family, especially his potato salad and anything from the BBQ. He also loved to travel wherever his job might take him. In his younger years, that meant California, Texas, and Utah, but most recently it brought him back home to care for his loving parents in Lexington, KY.
Bobby is preceded in death by his mother Bernadine Martha Lush, nee Miley, and his grandparents Joseph and Ruby Lush and John and Bernadina Miley. He is survived by his father Rodney Wayne Lush, brother John (Julie) Lush, and children Whitney (Justin) Brown, Rachel Lush, and Xavier Lush. He also leaves behind four beautiful grandchildren, Scarlett Lush, Corbin Lush, Xander Brown, and Colton Brown, nephew Nathan Lush, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him very much.
Family and friends are invited to gather in his memory Saturday, January 17th from 3-5 pm, at The Clubhouse at Canewood, 124 General John Payne Blvd, Georgetown, KY.
