Robert Martin Obituary
Visitation will be held in his honor Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, West Park, at from 8:30 am until the funeral services starting at 11:00 am. Burial will take place in the St. Louis Cemetery on Bayou Blue Road.
He is survived by his wife of 65 1/2 years, Marion Pontiff Martin Three sons, Robert Martin III (Lolette), Richard Martin (Jennifer) Ross Martin (Cindy); daughter, Mary Martin Blanchard ( Thomas "Tootie"); grandchildren, Beaux Martin (Madi), Landon Martin (Addie), Jillian Cravens (David), Jordan Martin (Annie), Tyler Hennety - Martin (Brandon), Brian Bergeron ( Rachel ), Sarah Deroche (Tyler); Malean Blanchard, Maressa Blanchard, Matthew Blanchard, and Mace Blanchard; followed by 13 great-grandchildren; fours sisters, Barbara, Louise, Laura, and Diane; and two brothers, Jimmy and Michael.
He was preceded in death by his, Parents, Robert Lee Martin Sr. and Lena Eva Martin; and granddaughter, Harley Martin,
