In Loving Memory of Robert Charles Maxwell

Robert Charles Maxwell, age 67, of Houston, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2025.

Born with a steadfast spirit and a generous heart, Robert dedicated his life to hard work, family, and the simple joys that made him happiest. He spent his career in the oil and gas industry, specializing in electrical and instrumentation work. His expertise and commitment were especially evident during his many years with PLC Construction, where he earned the respect of colleagues and friends alike.

Robert was never one to throw something away if it could be fixed. Whether it was a broken appliance or a tough situation, he approached life with determination and a hands-on attitude. He was passionate about fishing, drawn to the peace of the water and the thrill of the catch. Time spent outdoors and with loved ones was where he felt most at home.

He was deeply loved by everyone who met him-his warmth, humor, and occasional stubborn streak made him unforgettable. If Robert had made up his mind, you knew it. But you also knew he'd be there for you, no matter what.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Rebecca, his two sons, Chris & spouse Patricia, Michael & spouse Allyssa and grandchildren Brooklynn, Anthony, Carter, Dakota and Emily, who will carry forward his legacy of strength, kindness, and perseverance.

Robert's life will be honored in a private family gathering. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages acts of kindness in his memory-fix something instead of replacing it, cast a line into the water, or simply spend time with those you love.
