CUTLER—Robert Franklin Mayle, 75, of Cutler, OH, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026, at his residence.
He was born April 25, 1948, in Cutler, OH, son of the late Perry and Jenolina Mayle. Robert loved spending time with his children and grandbabies. He was known for his infectious laughter and his caring and loving spirit. He worked for a lawn service, Pires Construction and Bartlett Township.
He is survived by 2 daughters, Amanda J. Mayle of Chesterhill and Chasity A. Mayle of Zanesville; 3 grandchildren, Carol (Shawn) O’Brien of Vincent, Kyle Mayle of Portsmouth and Patrick Mayle of Chesterhill; 3 great-grandchildren, Grayson, Carson and Chloe O’Brien.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Ernie Mayle and Bill Mayle and 3 sisters, Mary Burke, Joanna Croston and Carolyn Sue Anderson.
A memorial service will be held at 3 P.M., on Sunday, Jan. 18, 2026, at the Southland Cemetery Church with Pastor Leon Forte officiating.
There will be no visitation.
