Robert Edward Maylor, 91, of Massillon, entered into the arms of the lord June 6, 2022, Robert was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 15, 1931 to the late John and Anna Maylor. Robert retired after 41 years of dedicated military service in the Army and Ohio National Guard. He was a member of Massillon VFW Post 3124, Ohio National Guard 2000 Hour Club, and numerous bowling leagues. In his free time, he loved boating, swimming, bowling and especially Massillon Tiger Football. His biggest love was his family. Along with his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his brothers, John Maylor and Richard Maylor and sister, Mary Ann Beal. He is survived by Wife of 61 years, Margaret Maylor; Son, Robert M (Renee) Maylor, Daughter, Annette M (David) Hoffman, Daughter, Dina M (John) Doyle, Grandson, Robb M(Morgan) Maylor, Granddaughter, Kaylee N (Mike) McAtee, Grandson, Anthony J Maylor, Granddaughter, Kari M (Roberto Arguello) Hoffman, Grandson, Ryan M Hoffman, Sister-In-Law, Lauretta Gerber, Great-Grandson, Parker K McAtee, Great-Grandson, Sullivan M McAtee, Great-Granddaughter, Hazel M Maylor, Great-Granddaughter, Remi N Arguello, Great-Granddaughter, Riley Z Arguello, Great-Granddaughter, Rosianna S Arguello. Memorial donations may be made to Stark County Humane Society. A visitation will be held from 5 PM to 7 PM June 17, 2022 at Paquelet Funeral Home. A funeral service will be on June 18, 2022 at 11:00 AM.
