Robert Blythe McCormack, 93, of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, January 4th, 2025. Born June 1st, 1931, in Velpen, Indiana, to the late Blythe and Esta McCormack.
Bob was a veteran of the United States Navy and served in Korea. He worked at Insley Crane and retired from Mobile Drilling, where he was involved in welding and project design.
Bob loved fishing in Canada and spent many winters in Florida. One of his favorite pastimes was going to flea markets. He was also very proud of being a 32nd Degree Mason.
He is survived by the love of his life Doris (Mitchell) McCormack and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by one brother and eight sisters.
There will be a private family service with a celebration of life at a later date.
