Robert McGrody

Robert McGrody, age 61 passed away at home, surrounded by his family, on June 30, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Teresa McGrody (nee Mattison) for over 39 years. He was the loving father of Rachel Klein, Karl Klein and Rob McGrody, III. He is the loving grandfather of Lyza, Jewel, Angelina, Kyle, Madison, Joey and the late Kaylee. He was the loving brother of Shanna, Patrick, Megan, Ellen , Ryan and the late Marissa. He will also be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. Robert loved to watch sports, was a diehard Eagles Fan. He enjoyed putting on a flannel shirt, going for a long drive, a nice glass of wine, a cold beer, listening to rock and roll, spending time with friends, but most of all he loved his family.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet his family Saturday, July 23, 2022, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Lambie Funeral Home 8000 Rowland Avenue (At Rhawn Street). The family request everyone attending please wear a Hawaiian shirt, just as Robert requested. His memorial service will follow Saturday, 11:00 am at the Funeral Home. Following the services, everyone is invited back to the McGrody house for a barbecue to celebrate Robert's life.
