Robert Todd McKelley passed away Friday May 23, 2025 from a valiant fight against cancer. Todd lived his life full of adventure and made friends everywhere he went.
Todd was born to Robert and Rosula McKelley on December 21st, 1960. After graduating Shelley High School in 1979, he traveled and lived in various places, including California, Hawaii and Nevada.
Todd lived a life rich in adventure, generosity, and connection. He possessed a remarkable spirit of curiosity and a thirst for experiencing all that life had to offer. He embraced new challenges with enthusiasm, whether exploring the untraveled trails, ghost towns or big cities. This adventurous spirit was matched by a deep and unwavering commitment to family and friends. He took great pleasures in helping others and always being there for his family and friends that became family.
He was a talented artist and craftsman and possessed a keen intellect and a wealth of knowledge on a wide array of subjects, readily sharing his expertise and insights with others. His ability to engage in stimulating conversation and share his expertise made him a cherished companion to all who knew him. He had an infectious sense of humor. Todd had an exceptional capacity for making friends wherever he went, effortlessly connecting with people from all walks of life. His kindness, empathy, and unwavering support were a source of comfort and strength for countless individuals.
Although Todd was successful in everything he did, one of his greatest achievements was his time at Indian Motorcycle where he became the motorcycle guy and friend to motorcycle enthusiasts everywhere. It was here that Todd's passions for motorcycles became his dream job.
In 1997 Todd met the love of his life Tia Taylor while living in Las Vegas, their relationship endured the long distance, speaking daily they remained close up until the end.
Todd was survived by his sister Penny McKelley, his niece Korri Braase(Chris), his great nephews Adaen Jenkins, Easton Jenkins, his great nieces Emma Jenkins and Paisley Jenkins, and his beloved best friend, his french bulldog Matilda Rose. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Rosula. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Todd would like to thank his close family and friends that were here with him during the last years of his life, standing by his side through it all and making everlasting memories along the way.
