Robert M. McNabb, a native of Albuquerque, NM and a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at the age of 83.
Robert served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, as well as a devout Catholic. He had been married to his beloved wife, Barbara L. McNabb, for 56 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed restoring old cars, especially Dodges, as they were his favorite. He was a rancher, and he loved going to car shows, watching westerns, listening to country music, going fishing, going camping and Diet Coke.
Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Lora Sue McNabb; father, Millard C. McNabb; five siblings, Clayton McNabb, Beryl Dean Howard, Mabel McNabb, Wayne McNabb and Doug McNabb.
He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara L. McNabb; two daughters, Rachelle R. Luttes and Jennifer L. Dubbert; four grandchildren, Avey M. Luttes, Samantha R. Rutledge, Danielle N. Dubbert and Aubree S. Dubbert; and one sibling, Terry McNabb.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024, at 11AM at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. There will be a time of visitation before the mass beginning at 10AM. Interment will follow the service at 1PM at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 34904 Hwy. 225, in Spanish Fort, AL
