Robert A Milroy

Robert "Bobby" A. Milroy of Carver formerly of Roxbury died peacefully on April 6, after a long illness surrounded by his family. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on January 3, 1953, son of the late Bryce A.Milroy Sr. and Anne 'Chickie' (Colantanio) Milroy. He was educated in the Boston schools and had lived in Dorchester where he owned and operated All Season's Carpet for many years before retiring and moving to Carver. Bobby was an avid Boston Sports fan especially the Boston Bruins. He was devoted to his loved ones with unwavering loyalty. His greatest joy in life was the time spent being with his family and his beloved dog Saki.
He is survived by his daughter Stacy Milroy and her partner Robert Wolstenholme of Plymouth, his son Bryce A. Milroy of Plymouth. He was the brother of Bryce A. Milroy Jr. and his wife Laureen of Brockton and the late Judy Milroy-Timmons. He was the former husband of Dottie Zine. Cherished grandfather of Joseph M. Furgal II, Nicholas R. Furgal, Jenna A. Milroy, Bryce Milroy Jr., and Isabella A. Milroy. Uncle of Paul Timmons and the late baby Nicole Timmons, Dominic Milroy and the late Alexandra Milroy and Great uncle of Jillian Timmons. Also survived by many cousins, friends and family.
Visiting hours in the Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home 373 Court St. North Plymouth (Near Cordage Park) on Thursday April 18th from 5-7 pm. Graveside service will take place at Cedar Grove Cemetery 920 Adams St in Dorchester,on Friday April 19th at 11am.
