He was born in Rainelle, WV, to Bill and Flinda Harris. He worked for Public Works in Elizabethtown. Robert was a great dad. He was an amazing man who loved helping other people. He will be sorely missed by many people.
He was preceded in death by his mother Flinda Harris.
He is survived by his son Austin J Minear of Elizabethtown, KY, his father Bill Harris, his brother Billy Harris of Rupert, VA, and his sister Tammy Harris of VA.
The family has chosen cremation. At this time there are no services scheduled.
