New Braintree - Robert J. Mintner, 75, of New Braintree, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at home surrounded by his loving family.
He leaves the love of his life, his wife of 50 years, Roberta (Napolitano) Mintner; his daughter; Jeannie Seeger and her husband Scott of NJ; his daughter, Christine Pena and her husband Yajairo of New Braintree; his son, Joe Rainville and his wife Susan; as well as his eight beloved grandchildren, Merissa (Rainville) Smith and her husband Jonathan, Evander Rainville, Heslen, Sophia, Isabella, and Anastasia Pena, and Jack and Mason Seeger.
Bob proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1968-1970 in the Vietnam War. After his service he had a long and successful career as a commercial electrician. He enjoyed cold Budweiser and Retirement.
Bob had a deep love for learning and an insatiable curiosity. He was always seeking to understand the greater forces shaping our world in politics and philosophy.
