Robert Matthew Mizell

Robert Matthew “Bobby” Mizell, 69, of Folkston, GA passed away Saturday, July 13 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born October 1, 1954 in St. Marys, Georgia to the late Eustace Matthew Mizell, Jr. and Ruby Monteen Nobles Mizell. He retired from Gilman Paper Company after many years of service. He was a member of Camp Pinckney Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years: Carolyn Mizell; a daughter and son-in-law: Briana and Matt McQuaig; a son and daughter-in-law: Britt and Sarah Mizell; 4-brothers: Mike (Laura) Mizell, Pete (Maria) Mizell, Pat (Tracy) Mizell and Steve Mizell; a sister-in-law: Shirley Mizell; 4-grandchildren: Cassidy McQuaig (Chris Casteneda), Caleb McQuaig (Jasmine), Emma McQuaig, Scarlett Mizell; a great grandchild: Dani Casteneda and a number of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, July 25 at 5:00 at Camp Pinckney Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 25 from 3:00 – 5:00 PM at the church.
