Bob, formally of Collinsville, IL, was a 1979 graduate of Madison Heights High School in Anderson, IN. He served in the United States Navy from February 13, 1984 until November 30, 1993. He owned his own construction company, Bob's Contracting. In his free time, he enjoyed playing pool and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He will be forever missed by his family and friends.
Bob is survived by his three sons: Robert "Bobby" Allen Mounts, Jr. (Kristy), Joseph Ryan Mounts, and Nicholas "Nick" Scott Mounts; six grandchildren: Haley, Paxton, Paisley, Adia, Harper, and Hayden; one brother: Sam Mounts III (Laura); one sister: Tammy Crouse
Bob is preceded in death by his parents: Sam Mounts, Jr. and Peggy (Johnson) Mounts.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Barry Wilson Funeral Home 2800 North Center Street Maryville, IL 62062

I knew Bob through other friends; everytime I was around him, it was always full of laughter.
