We knew Bob and Deb in the early eighties. Hung with the Bartlett gang. The fun times we had are countless. Bob would keep us in stitches many a night. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Our deepest condolences to Deb and family.

Hi Debbie and Family,
Words can not express your loss in Bob's sudden passing. We are all saddened by this quick exit and our community will miss his happy smiling face. The Regency Golf Scramble was his swan song and will always be remembered. It must be hard playing golf in heaven... A Hole in One followed by a Hole in One! He brought more to all be touched than just a smile...he loved to make people laugh. He boasted about his love for you and your 52+ years of marriage. He is missed a lot! God rest his soul. Our sincere sympathy, Ken and Jane

It was 1967 at a BayView HS band concert where I first met Bob. He and I were there to listen to our girlfriends perform. For the next 56 years, our times together were always filled with family, food, fun and laughter.
Through the many years of friendship and through all of the ups and downs that life throws at us all, Bob never changed.
We enjoyed pranking one other, albeit Bob being the prankster more often than me. I remember waking up after a short nap in a lazy boy, only to see that my toenails had been painted blue. Then there was the time in England when Bob whispered to Debbie that I had bought monkey meat for the chili, only to be told by the butcher the next day that he does not sell monkey meat. Good one, Bob!
I remember our most recent weekend get together up at the cottage, which of course included a competitive round of golf at Waupaca Country Club. I believe I let Bob win. I'm sure Bob is now shooting under par.
I will miss my lifelong best friend terribly, but the wonderful memories will stay with me forever.
Until we tee off together again.
Dale

Dear Family and Friends of Bob,
My husband, Shaun and I were introduced to Bob and Debbie in Porte Morales MX last Feb by Tom and Jan Grinnell and their kids Cindy and Tim Spaulding; it was a joy and pleasure meeting them and having some fun and laughs together. Bob was a fantastic golf partner to my Uncle Tom Grinnell and a big help to he and Jan during their years together in Mexico. He surely must have many friends and be beloved by all who knew him. Sending our condolences and prayers. Julie Keyes
