Robert D. Nalbach

Robert D. Nalbach, a cherished husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on January 4, 2026, at the age of 69 in Pomona, NJ. He was born on April 3, 1956, in Camp Lejeune, NC and spent 27 years in Jersey City.

A dedicated and loving husband, Robert was married to his beloved wife, Paulette, for 40 years. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, mutual support, and endless love. His unwavering commitment to his family was evident in every facet of his life, and his role as a father to his son, Nicolas, and daughter, Lauren, was one he cherished deeply. Robert's joy was multiplied with the birth of his granddaughter, Emma, who brought him immeasurable happiness. Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Nalbach, who instilled in him the values of family and compassion that he carried throughout his life.

Robert spent his professional career at the IT help desk of Atlanticare, where his colleagues knew him as the go-to problem solver and the source of a good joke to brighten their day. His expertise and affable nature made him an indispensable part of the team and a friend to all who knew him.

Away from work, Robert was an avid reader, always with a book in hand, ready to explore new worlds and ideas. His love for history often found him engrossed in documentaries on the History Channel. A man of many interests, Robert had a deep love of music, and enjoyed staying active, whether it was working out at the gym or taking long bike rides on sunny afternoons. His energy and enthusiasm for life were contagious, inspiring those around him to embrace every moment.

All are welcome to come and celebrate Robert's life at a visitation on Monday, January 12, 2026, from 1:00PM – 3:00PM at Earle Funeral Home, 122 West Church Street, Blackwood, NJ 08012.
