Robert "Bob" F. Nepper age 92.

He was born on February 13, 1933, in Minneiska, MN to George and Veronica (Lydon) Nepper.

Bob was reunited in marriage with Mary Catherine Paquette on June 22, 1957, in Faribault, MN.

Bob honorably served his country in the United States Air Force, active duty from March of 1953 until March of 1957 after his discharge he used the GI bill to complete his education at the University of Minnesota graduating with an Electrical Engineering Degree.

He was an inventor at heart and loved working on various inventions and trying to find ways to improve things. He had various engineering jobs throughout his career: IBM, Honeywell, and ending 25 years at 3M, running his small business North Star Devices, and working with Safe Water World Wide.

He was a long time resident of North Saint Paul, MN and a parishioner at the Church of St. Peter in North Saint Paul, MN.

Bob is survived by his wife, Mary; son James (Shari) Nepper; grandchildren Nicholas (Roseanna) Nepper, Rebecca (Anthony) Pasquale, and great-grandchildren: Natasha and Ashelynn Nepper, sister Mary Lou (Gene) Matzke, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by; parents, brothers William Nepper and Jack Nepper, sisters Rita Wessel and Shirley Nelson.

Funeral visitation on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Sandberg Funeral Home; 2593 E. 7th Avenue. North Saint Paul, MN 55109.

Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Church of St. Peter; 2600 Margaret Street N. North Saint Paul, MN 55109 with a visitation one hour prior to Mass from 11:00-12:00 PM.

Burial will take place at Saint Mary's Cemetery in Minneiska, MN. Details TBD.

Sorry for your loss. Bob was quite the inventor. Going to miss his laugh and smile at the Nepper reunion at the Trout Valley farm.
