Robert J. Nixon, 69, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at his home.
Robert was born October 26, 1956, in Lima, Ohio, to Edwin and Joan Nixon. He married Kimberly Ford in 2019.
Robert was a truck driver by trade. He enjoyed photography, loved the Boston Red Sox, and especially enjoyed attending concerts. Above all, he cherished spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his infectious laugh and warm spirit.
Along with his wife, Kim, Robert is survived by his daughters, Deanna (Justin) Best and their children, Griffin, Oliver and Julia and Michelle (Joe) Jackson and their children, Roy and Rex; stepchildren, Justin Rodriguez, Christopher Rodriguez, Ryan (Amanda) Damzyn, and Meagan (Jordan) Abraham; nineteen grandchildren, with a granddaughter on the way; and siblings, Paul (Kim) Nixon, John (Melanie) Nixon, Kelly (Craig) Templin, Patrice (Kim) Leimbach, and Julie (Craig) Jordan and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services for Robert will be private. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, Perrysburg. Condolences may be made online to the family at www.walkerfuneralhomes.com.
