Robert Keith Orsburn, born on November 7, 1969, in Evansville, Indiana, passed away on February 27, 2026, in Columbus, Ohio. He is fondly remembered for his larger-than-life personality and his profound love for family and friends. Robert graduated from Central High School as part of the class of 1987, where his quick wit and kindhearted nature began to shine.
During his life, Robert shared countless joyous moments with his loved ones. He was never short of a joke to lighten the mood, and his laughter was a gift to all who knew him. Robert had a passion for baking that particularly came to life during celebrations for his son Andrew's birthday, where he delighted in creating treats to share with Andrew's classmates.
He was an avid tennis player, often spending hours on the court. His love for fitness was evident not just in his dedication to working out but also in his spirited approach to life. Music also held a special place in his heart; Robert loved to sing, filling the spaces around him with melody and warmth.
Robert is survived by his devoted wife of 30 years, Heather (Tallman) Orsburn, and their beloved son, Andrew (Leah) Orsburn. He leaves behind his parents, David and Linda (Topper) Orsburn, who cherished him deeply, along with his brother Steve (Lisa) Orsburn. Robert also held a special place in the hearts of his nephew, Kyler (Emma) Orsburn, and all of his family members and friends.
In reflecting upon his life, we remember Robert as a man who embodied love, laughter, and generosity. His legacy is carried on in the cherished memories he created with his family and friends, a source of comfort and inspiration for those who had the privilege to know him. Robert Keith Orsburn will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever live on in our hearts.
