He was a United States Navy Veteran.
Robert had been an accountant with AVI Accounting in Albuquerque, NM.
He attended Susquehanna Valley Baptist Church, and was an avid reader.
Surviving is his wife, Nelly (Rabanal) Ostling, a son, Eliot Ostling and his wife, Heidi Myers of Florida, a brother, JR Ostling, 3 sisters, Virginia Ostling, Karen Campbell, and Cheryl Edmundson.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, November 28, 2022, at Susquehanna Valley Baptist Church, 3840 North Progress Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Monday, November 28, 2022, at the church.
