Robert Painter Obituary
Robert Edward "Fish" Painter, 49, of Waynesboro, was called to his heavenly home on Saturday, December 25, 2010.
He is survived by his father and mother, Jimmie M. Painter Sr. and Texie Lee Snead of Waynesboro; two brothers, Jimmie "Mack" Painter and Michael Wayne Painter of Waynesboro; two sisters, Deborah Blackwell and her husband, Albert, of Crimora, and Pamela Smiley and her husband, Jesse, of Goshen; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at the Salvation Army Church in Waynesboro.
A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2010, at the Goshen Baptist Church Cemetery, the Reverend Scott Reese and Reverend Tyler Clem will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations for expenses may be made to Pamela Smiley, 414 Bashaw Road, Goshen, VA 24439 or Mike Painter, 3 Ellis Lane, Apt. 1, Waynesboro, VA 22980.
Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes of Waynesboro is handling the arrangements.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Robby's family. we were friends as teenagers...Robby taught me how to shoot pool. We had alot of fun hanging out at Ernie's game room way back when. I'm glad I got to see him on Halloween for the first time in years. My prayers go out to you all!! Marcella
