So sorry to hear of your loss. Bob was not only admired by Green Knights , but also by Slaters for his skills and success. Will always remember the day , Labor Day Celebration, when he came back as a surprised guess for Pen Argyl team that we played against in a fun series of silly games. He was a real gentlemen when we defeated his team. Followed his college career and pro career. My condolences to his family and many friends . God Bless and RIP.

I Remember when I lived by Bob's mom in Wind Gap and she helped me get in to contact with him because I wanted to do a project on him for school. When he called me I was so shocked that a famous NFL player actually cared and was willing to help me. He sent me all kinds of stuff from his playing days at Penn State and with the Chicago Bears that I cherish to this day. I did a huge display at Pen Argyl High School and was honored when he went to see it. He was such a nice man and to this day I still talk about it. I send my condolences to his loving family the world was blessed to have such a loving and kind hearted man walk among us.

Bobby was a true Green Knight legend who excelled in any sport he played. I was a kid in PA when he played, but I remember what a super athlete he was. Then to follow his remarkable career, PSU and the Chicago Bears. I´m glad I got to see him at the 100th game banquet at Wind Creek. He gave a real nice speech. RIP Bobby.
