Over more than 20 years with the company, he lived in Delaware, Illinois, and Connecticut before ultimately settling in Texas. There, he and his team built and led the MBCC Customer Service Center. Bob created not only a high-performing organization with hundreds of team members, but also a community where people felt valued and proud to belong.
