Robert ‘Bob’ Alan Pepkowski, 77, of Perkasie, passed away on March 11, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Doylestown, Bob was the son of the late John Pepkowski and the late Ethel (Fretz) Overdorf.
Bob grew up in Point Pleasant and later moved to Souderton. He graduated from Souderton High School in 1964. During his time in High School, Bob played football, baseball, basketball, and volleyball. After High School, Bob enlisted in the Army National Guard and proudly served for 12 years. During that time, he worked at Trailmobile in West Point and later at Brooks Instrument in Hatfield. After Bob retired, he spent his time working in the Pennridge School District as a lunch monitor.
Bob was passionate about coaching. He coached football in the Pennridge Community and Pennridge School District for 50 years. Bob also coached softball in the Souderton and Pennridge School Districts for 20 years, as well as baseball in the Pennridge Community. He made an enormous impact in hundreds of lives he touched. Above all else, he loved his family deeply and cherished the time spent with them. Bob was his grandchildren’s biggest fan, and he was always at their sporting events, supporting and cheering them on.
Bob will be dearly missed by his wife, Nona, together they shared 57 years of marriage; his children, Matthew (Kimberly), Erica (Kevin), and Trevor (Melissa); his grandchildren, Austin, Matthew Jr., Makenna, Morgan, Carter, Kamryn, Taylor, and Peyton. Bob is predeceased by his brothers, Charles, and John II.
All are invited to visit with Bob’s family on Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 10:00AM ~ 1:00PM, located at Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, Ltd. 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, PA 18951.
