So sorry and saddened to hear of Bobs death.
We are very dear and long time friends of his but had lost contact with him in the last couple of years due to my husband Mark Ratner´s own health crisis. (And recent death)
He was like an uncle to my three kids who also loved him.
Did he have any family/relatives we could send our condolence's to.
Mark spent four years of collage at Stonybrook with Bob and continued their friendship over the last 50 or so years.
Bob always kept sports data handy and was crazy about the Red Socks. Mark loved the Yankees so they differed there.
They both started TM in collage about 1970 as mark went on to become a teacher of tm Bob remained a devoted meditater who took many retreats and courses himself.
He was a great human being and a kind and loving friend to us and many others.
Wish we got to see him more in the last years but he will always be in our hearts

Our Deepest Sympathy to the Perina Family on the loss of your beloved Robert.
Such a good guy with a kind soul. Was a standout PRHS cross country and track runner in the 70's.
