Robert Phillips Obituary
Born October 7, 1960, Robert is survived by his mother, June Payton; sister, Gina Morales; brother, Tim Phillips; all of Frankfort; and nieces, Mary Elaine and Kristina Morales, Hannah Stanfield, and nephews, Joey Phillips. He is also survived by many cousins and adopted family members – you know who you are; as well as plethora of wonderful friends.
Rob graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in communications. He had recently retired from Spectrum Internet and was in the process of living his best life. He loved motorcycles, music, antique cars, and travel. Rob loved laughter and to make others laugh. Above all, he loved his family and friends. He was simply the best of men.
It is said the measure of a man is not how much he loves, but how much he is loved by others. That being said, this man has left an unbelievable legacy of love. The pain of this loss is fresh and sharp not only to his family, but the wide sea of friends who adored him.
