Robert Pla Obituary
Robert Amado Pla, 40 years blessed, answered God's whisper and transitioned to his Heavenly Home on October 16, 2023. Never speaking a word, he was a very personable, loveable young man who left an impression on everyone he met during his lifetime.
Robert was a music enthusiast and loved every genre of music. He loved concerts and music videos. He was currently attending the Lucy Idol Center.
Robert leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted mother, Zenobia E. McNeil; his stepfather, Johnnie Hutcherson; his brother, Christopher L. McHenry of Los Angeles, CA, and sister, Keisha S. McHenry of Dallas, TX; two aunts, Judy Poiter of Key West, FL. and Jackie Finnie of Kansas City. MO; two uncles; Robert (Maurice) and Jocelyn McNeil of Dallas, TX and David Pla of Key West, FL; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Waiting in Heaven with open arms, he will be reunited with his maternal grandparents, Juanita L. and Robert (Bobby) L. McNeil, his uncle. Jeffery L. McNeil, and his father, Stephen E. Pla, Jr.; his paternal grandparents, Marjorie and Stephen E. Pla, Sr., and his uncle, Raymond Pla.
A private family service with a few close friends and loved ones will be held Sunday, October 22, 2023, at 6:00pm, with burial being at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Avon. Ohio on October 23, 2023, at 2:00pm.
