Robert E. Pratt, 94, passed away on March 6, 2026. Bob was born July 22, 1931 in Rutland son of Oscar and Dorothy Ormsby Pratt.
He attended Rutland High School and was in the United States Army serving in Germany. He worked for LaFrancis and Chamberland, G H Grimm Co. and was a foreman at Vermont Marble Company.
He married Joyce Trombley in 1985. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling and snowmobiling. He was an avid gardener and a jack-of-all-trades.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Pratt, step-children, Catherine Trombley (Rutland), Debra Francis (Mark) Maine, William Trombley (Kaylynn), NH, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, several nieces, a nephew and step-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents and brothers Harley and Malcolm Pratt.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Cancer Society.
Burial will take place in St. Alphonsus Cemetery in Pittsford.
Clifford Funeral Home is in charge of burial arrangements.
