Robert Proctor Obituary
He was born on March 31, 1956 in Lebanon, KY to the late Robert Eugene and Rebecca Jewell Haydon Proctor.
He was a 1974 graduate of Washington County High School.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth "Libby" Watson Proctor; a step-son, Charles Webb of Georgia; a sister, Janet Bernardi (John) of Willisburg, nieces and nephews and three close friends, Fred Boone, Brian Madden and Darren Chesser.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 9th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Tina Standiford, officiating.
Cremation followed the funeral services.
Carey & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
