Robert Ratner, born on February 20, 1955, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away on November 17, 2025, in his hometown of Philadelphia. He was 70 years old.
Robert was a lifelong Philadelphian whose roots ran deep in the city where he was both born and passed. Over the decades, he built a life grounded in family and community.
He is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Brianna Vargas and Brianna’s husband, Adrian; his sons, Craig Ratner and Mitchell Ratner; and his brother, Stephen Ratner and Stephen’s wife Audrey. Robert also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will carry forward his memory with affection.
Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Miriam Ratner; his father, Harold Ratner; and his brother Marvin Ratner.
May Robert's memory bring comfort to those who knew him and continue to inspire those whose lives he touched. His Burial will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Roosevelt Memorial Park 2701 Old Lincoln Hwy Trevose, Pennsylvania 19053.
