Robert John Reardon

Robert John Reardon, age 77, passed away on October 16, 2022. Born January 12th, 1945 to Robert P. and Mildred (nee Corbett) Reardon in Cincinnati, OH. Loving Partner to Dorothy Moore. Beloved father to Robert (Kristie) Reardon, Becky (William) Hager, Marla Aubrey, and the late Timothy Reardon. Cherished brother of Karen Pogozalski, the late Gail Scholten, and the late Joan Stoeckel. He was Grandpa to Hannah, Mitchell, and Julia Reardon, Pappy to Rowan Sturgeon, and Everly and Colby Hager. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.   Bob thoroughly loved his son Bobby and family.  Loved his life partner Dorothy and raised Marla and Becky as his own daughters. Holiday and family gatherings meant everything to him and especially playing poker. An avid NASCAR fan and in his early years he enjoyed 1/4 mile dirt track stock car racing. A true blue collar man, always wearing his favorite flannel shirt and jeans - never shorts!  A true handyman, crafting his skills with years of maintenance supervisor positions. Always willing to lend a hand, he could fix anything as many friends and families could attest. He'll be dearly missed.    Visitation for friends and family will take place October 21, 2022, from 11am to 1pm at the Moore Family Funeral Home in Newtown, Ohio. 6708 Main St. Newtown, OH 45244. Service to follow at 1pm. Interment will happen at the convenience of the family.
