Robert Lee Reynolds, 65, passed away February 15, 2026. He was born August 15, 1960 in Akron, the son of the late Ernest and Dorothy Reynolds. Robert was a well known character in Goodyear Heights. He wasn’t perfect, but he had a caring, loyal and protective heart for his family and friends. After having a childhood accident that brought challenges, Robert persevered and became very resourceful. He worked with his hands and served as a roofer for many years. When his mother became ill, Robert was there and cared for her until her passing. In his free time, you could find Robert riding his bike. He loved bicycling! Robert was also a good friend and the family appreciates the friendship he had with Brad. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Steve Reynolds. Robert is survived by his sisters Gennie Growdon and Marjorie Woodall; nephews Ben (Salena) Growdon, Lizzy Growdon, and Abigail (Matthew) Mundy; numerous great nieces and great nephews; and his longtime friend Brad. The family will receive friends 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at the Adams Mason Funeral Home (791 East Market Street ), where the family will share some stories and celebrate Robert’s life immediately following at 2:30 PM. He will be laid to rest at East Akron Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home (330) 535-9186
