Robert Lee Rogers

Robert Lee Rogers, 57, of Fort Gay, WV, formerly of Man, WV, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2025 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Oak Grove Church, Fort Gay, WV. Burial will follow in the Rogers and Grimmett Family Cemetery, Fort Gay. He was born August 11, 1968 at Man, WV, a son of the late James Rogers and Bessie Starr. Robert loved spending time with family and friends, listening to music and fishing. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Ferris Rogers, a sister, Thelma Faye Rogers, and a brother, John Rogers. Survivors include two sisters, Bernadean Rogers and Sonia Starr, both of Huntington, WV; two brothers, William Patrick (Sylvia) Rogers and Orlando "Ty" Rogers, all of Man, WV; his family and caregivers that he resided with, John Rogers and Crystal Grimmett of Fort Gay, WV; and a host of nieces, nephews, additional family and friends. Visitation will be held after 6:00 p.m. Friday, October 24, 2025 at Oak Grove Church, Fort Gay, WV. Morris Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
