Robert E. “Bob” Roush of Canal Fulton, Ohio passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones Monday, December 22, 2025. Born February 19, 1931 to the late John and Mabel (Gayhart) Roush; he was a 1949 graduate of Timken High School. After graduation he worked 32 years at Timken Steel and then 10 years for Plain Local Schools.
Bob married his loving wife Elizabeth (Langbein) April 7, 1951. They enjoyed spending time traveling all over and moved to Lake Havasu, Arizona after Bob’s retirement. Bob was a 50 year member of the Canton Masonic Lodge #60 and a 32nd degree Mason. Bob never displayed any profane language and was the kindest man. He didn’t have a mean bone in his body.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, two sisters and a grandson. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 74 years, Elizabeth; daughters, Jennifer (Scott) Snyder and Linda Roush; three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Per his wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
