Dick, Arlene, Kathy, Rich and Diane,

On behalf of my whole family, I'd like to express our deepest condolences. You all know the relationship our families had growing up in Parkrose, so many wonderful memories. Robert's smile lit up the room! I can't tell you how many peanut butter and jelly sandwiches he ate at our house! :)

Our thoughts are with you all during this difficult time, he will be missed!

Rumble and I used to play hockey way back in the clackamas town center days, always a super nice guy, very quick witted. I was sad to hear about his passing as many of us where/are. Rest in peace Rumble, you will be missed by many.

I have a lot of great childhood memories of hanging out with Robert. He was a year older than me and was always teaching me things. I learned multiplication from him years before I had to learn it in school. He taught me what dirt was made of. We played a lot of football in the parkway. I loved how his mom answered the phone, which to this day I sometimes imitate: Yyyyyellow. Rrrobert? One minute. I have not seen him for many yearsthe last time was at a homecoming dance at Parkrose in 82 or 83. I was in the band, Victims of Society. He looked at me and kind of shook his head with bemused disapproval. Hed clearly been lifting a lot of weights. I have so many great memories of, and appreciated influence from him. I am saddened to here he has passed and my prayers are with his family and friends.
