Robert Lee Sample

Robert Lee Sample, 69 of Lawrence, KS., formerly of Oskaloosa died August 3, 2022 at his home. He was born November 19, 1952 in Lawrence, KS., the son of Joseph Bernard and Helen Miriam Williams Sample. He graduated from McLouth High School in 1970. He worked for the University of Kansas for many years in the preventative maintenance department. He was a current member of the Cornerstone Community Church in Lawrence. He married Rhonda Lea Teague on April 17, 1976 in Hutchison, KS., she survives of the home, other survivors include four daughters, Renee Gregory, Rayna and Ricki Sample, all of Lawrence, and Rachel Faris, Ozawkie. One Brother Roger Sample, Garnett, KS and eight grandchildren, Dominic, Kameren, Chloe, Pheobe, Grace, Syler, Danika and Casper. He was preceded in death by his parents, his Mother In Law, Leona Teague, Sister in Law, Delilah Davis, and Son in Law, Gary Prather.
