Robert Schaefer Obituary
Bob had a hobby farm in Iron Ridge for over 55 years; he enjoyed animals and loved raising sheep. He worked at WB Place for over 40 years.
He is survived by his children Robert Jr. (Sharon), Mark (Cynthia), and Gail (Marti) Gahlman. He is also survived by 5 loving grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, brother Elroy (Margret), and sisters Dolores Weis and Rita Bunke, and further survived by nieces nephews and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth in 2016 after 65 years of marriage.
Visitation will be held Friday, January 23, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Berndt-Ledesma Funeral Home – Hartford (226 South Main St, Hartford WI, 53027). Funeral Service will follow visitation, Friday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Private interment at St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery in Mayville, Wisconsin.
