Robert and I go so far back we went to the old Montpelier Elementary school for 1st grade. He may have been my first school friend. I remember him as B.J. then, running around the playground making race car noises. Later we made all kinds of noise together in the Montpelier air learning to play our respective instruments. He will be remembered by me and missed.

Robert was uniquely witty. The times he visited with Gabe in our home were always fun. We pray for God's peace to be with you in this time of sadness. We are truly blessed to have known him.

I met Robert through a mutual friend, Gabe Beverly. We played music together both at school and in our own little bands. After high school we would hang out whenever he was on break from Va. Tech. Whether attending a concert or going to Kings Dominion, or having a jam session, I knew we would have fun together. I wish we could have some more fun. I am so sorry for the loss.

I lost contact since but had just talked to him on Facebook 6months ago. He has and always will be remembered as a NICE and FUN GUY to be around. He and his family will be in my thoughts.
