His Legacy… Robert Ryan Seibert, 76, passed away December 8, 2025. He was born on April 23, 1949, in Aitkin, Minnesota, to James Seibert and Catherine (Ryan) Seibert. Bob married his soulmate, Linda Goodell, on September 27, 1969, in Livonia, Michigan. Bob joined the Marines in 1967 when he was 18 years old. After the Marines, Bob worked as a brakeman for the railroad, then later became a locomotive engineer. While working at the railroad Bob was able to grant a wish for a Make-A-Wish child whose dream was to ride on a train. He spent his entire career working for the railroad from 1970 to when he retired in 2011. Bob will be remembered as someone who always had a smile on his face. Bob was a story teller that was caring and always willing to lend a helping hand. Bob was deeply loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Catherine Seibert, his son, Robert Seibert II; sisters Mary Craycroft and Beverly Murphy; brothers Jim, Dave, Bernie and Rich Seibert.
