Robert L. Sharadin, 76, of Oley, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. He was the husband of Susan (Vignoli) Sharadin. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late John and Norma (Dries) Sharadin. Robert graduated from Reading High School and Parsons College in Fairfield, Iowa with his Master's Degree. He was a member of the Meadow View Farms Community and BORSEA (Boyertown/Oley Retired School Employees Association. Robert was a teacher for the Reading School District until his retirement.
In addition to his wife Susan, Robert is survived by his children; Peter Sharadin, Sandy Sharadin, and Belynda Sharadin. He is also survived by his grandson Jaydan Sharadin, his sister Sara Achenbach, his niece Vicki Achenbach, and his great-niece Mia Martinez.
Also surviving Robert is his stepson, Daniel Ferro, his wife Sarah Ferro and granddaughter Rosalie Ferro, his stepdaughter, Christina Lanni and her husband Ian Lanni.
Robert, aka Bob, loved his sports, playing and umpiring in Baseball but his true passion was Hockey. He played on many leagues and also played alongside his son Peter. Bob was a Super Flyers Fan!!
Visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with services beginning at 12:00 pm at Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA 19606. Interment will follow at Berks County Memorial Gardens, 201 Evansville Road, Fleetwood, PA19522. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, https://www.t2t.org or St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital, https://www.stjude.org.
