Robert A. Shourek, 77 of Hammond, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2024.
He was the beloved husband of the late Cynthia (Marinaro) Shourek who passed away September, 9, 2009; loving father of Robin Castle, Krista Kot and Kathleen Shourek; former son-in-law, Edward Kot; cherished grandfather of five; adoring great grandpa of three. Robert was the eldest of six children born to the late John and Dolores Shourek; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services. Saturday, January 4, 2025, 10:00 am at the Baran Funeral Home, 1235-119th St., Whiting; interment, Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville, IN; visitation at the funeral home, Friday, 4:00 to 7:00pm.
