ROBERT SINN

ROBERT JAY SINN Robert Jay Sinn, 59, of Haviland, passed away April 25, 2024, at Parkview Hospital after battling cancer. He was born September 17, 1964, in Paulding to the late Walter and Renee (Neihouser) Sinn. His marriage to Sheila Franklin blessed his life with three sons: David, Jonathan and Elias all of Haviland. Also surviving are his siblings: Todd(Janet), Kathy, Timothy(Marlene), and Sandra(Neil) Stoller all of Haviland, Cindy(Warren) Schlatter of Defiance and Shelby(Sam)Manz of Paulding. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews as well as aunts and uncles and others too. He was preceded in death by his dad, Walter. After answering the call to repentance and finding peace with God and man, Robert gave his testimony and was baptized on December 17, 1995. He was a member of the Latty Apostolic Christian Church, where he served as usher, trustee and on the Country Inn Country Villa board of directors. After he graduated from Wayne Trace High School in 1982, he continued to work as a dairy and grain farmer with his dad and brothers. The last few years he farmed alongside his sons. Funeral services were conducted at 10:30 am on Monday, April 29, 2024 in the Latty Apostolic Christian Church, with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation were at the Latty Apostolic Christian Fellowship Hall, from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Sunday, April 28, 2024. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be designated for the Country Inn Activity Fund. Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding, is handling arrangements.
