Robert Charles Slutter

Robert Charles Slutter, 74, of Lehighton, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 30, 2024 at St. Luke's Hospital - Fountain Hill. Born in Easton, Robert was a son of the late Sem and Mae Slutter (Bender).

Before retirement, Robert was employed in the shipping and receiving department at A&H Sportswear. He was a member of St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church - Nazareth. Robert was an avid sports enthusiast, cheering passionately for the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. His love for television extended to his favorite genres of western and horror movies, which he enjoyed watching in his free time.

A familiar face at Blue Valley Lanes in Wind Gap, Robert found joy in the sport of bowling, forging connections and creating lasting memories with other enthusiasts. His warmth, humor, and kindness endeared him to all who knew him.

He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter: Michelle Parent (Kevin) of Lehighton; grandchildren: Ashley, Jaden and Kevin, Jr.; siblings: Richard Slutter of Nazareth, Nancy Brighton of Nazareth, Gary Slutter & his wife Mary Ann of Nazareth and Sharon Slutter of Nazareth.
